これってエラーではないです．
libgloss というのは，スタートアップやI/Oエミュレーションを
するためのパッケージで，なくてもTOPPERSカーネルのビルドには
問題はありません．

ところで，私の記憶が正しければ，sh3系のビルドには
newlib は要らないような気が．(あっても実害はありませんが)
